HealthPro Assurance: HealthPro assurance begins with the selection of qualified responsible people. Every prospective employee is carefully screened by our human resource department. Background checks, references, and competency evaluations are part of our hiring process. Employees are frequently evaluated and must meet continuing education and regulatory requirements. All HealthPro employees are insured for liability and workers’ compensation.
HealthPro Documentation: HealthPro maintains all documentation required by the Ohio Department of Health for agency personnel. We can produce a report in a format approved by the ODH for all employees who have worked at your facility within the past 12 months.
When You Need Documentation, We Have It.
HealthPro Requirements: All HealthPro employees are required to have: 1 year current experience, current license or certification, 2 working references, CPR, Current negative TB test, OHSA & HIPPA compliance, and pass BCII record check. Drug screens upon request.
